Response to the City Plan 2040

The Forum’s response to the Regulation 19 consultation on the City’s local Plan City Plan 2040, held in 2024 and examined in spring-summer 2025. The City Plan determines the Planning regime and sets out policies against which planning applications must be determined for the next 15 years and is a much larger and comprehensive plan that the current one. The Forum has spent much of its effort in 2024-25 in responding to this plan and trying to achieve changes. Doing so has also helped form ideas about what should be in the neighbourhood plan.

Healthy Neighbourhood Proposals from the City
